I'm all in for the theory that the reason why EN is affected so much is because the CCV only count viewers from the same region or around it. Ludwig and Valk isn't affected due to most of their viewers being westerners while NijiJP isn't affected much because their viewers are mostly Japanese. The same goes for Luxiem where most of their viewers are Japanese, they aren't culled much. HoloJP and HoloEN were affected a lot due to their viewers coming from different regions. Only solution for EN is to check analytics, and change their account's region to the place where most of their viewers are watching them at their timeslot.

When the talent themselves are advocates of the company and are basically the ones who built the brand from the ground up, leaving becomes insanely difficult. Look at all the graduations from Hololive to date

Also, keep in mind that the "family atmosphere" in HoloJP is arguably one of its strongest selling points. Aloe barely streamed so they couldn't form enough of a bond with the audience and the other members. If shit blew up 2 months after her debut, I guarantee you that the fans and her Senpai's would've been able to help her tank whatever the Nijiniggers and other chuuba antis threw at her the same way that Towa did.

It doesn't affect EOPs only. It affects people who participated in their big fucking relay, which flagged their accounts. We've seen it spread from HoloJP last time, then increase with EN's own relay.
They then didn't actually "fix" it but basically reset the CCVid thing, and Council did their own relay. Hence at the moment, a part of the people who watched the council relay are culled. If HoloJP does another relay they will absolutely rape the entire japanese vtuber landscape again.
