I don’t really watch holoEN but always liked Ames streams when I can catch them. If it wasn’t for these threads I’d have no idea what’s going on, it just appears that she takes a week off every other week. Sometimes I’ll open her Twitter to see if there’s a schedule or any update, but if it wasn’t for you guys in these threads I’d probably just assume she’s always on a break until a stream pops up on my YouTube.

Ame doesn't seem interested in constant growth. She's not alone in this as there a few other EN members who think the same way, but she just goes about it differently. Going by her personality and all of what she's said in the past, she's comfortable with smaller viewerships and doesn't like lots of attention. Usually when that gets mentioned people argue that she shouldn't sign up for hololive if she thinks like that, but people forget that before she auditioned Hololive wasn't as booming or well known as it was now.
She sees her analytics and knows her audience and is probably happy with how it is. So doesn't feel the need to communicate too much outside of streams since she knows that the people who do care about that information will tune into supa sundays and stuff to get the latest news.

I feel ame knows better than measuring content quality just by numbers and what chat/members say, judging by what she said about recent streams and the number of times she lightheartedly made fun of we-love-everything-you-do crowds.
That and novel ideas get her worked up way more than fish tank II or continuing Ame in the AM. Once a new idea has been done and novelty falls off for her, repeating it probably become less exciting or even a chore.
VR/3D/Buffson stuff was more than a year in the planning - and she hinted there are more large projects like this she's working on. Ame really is in this for the long run - and investigators are really INVESTigators
