I get your point, but having people that are fans of hololive guarantees at least two things: loyalty to the brand and knowledge about how the dinamics between holostars and hololive works. The best option would be to hire someone who is not schizo about chuubas but genuinely likes holopro and wants to follow the culture of the company. See Kiara for example, she clearly wanted to be part of hololive and is not pushing for a Collab with Peko 24/7. Nowadays she is in the top 5 (or close enough) who stream the most.
