Hello frens I would like to share with you my findings from eating like Pippa for 3 weeks. The rules I laid out for myself were as follows:
Cooking done on a stovetop must take under 10 minutes.
Food must be sourced from Costco, Walmart, or Dollar Tree.
Fast food must be eaten at least once a week.
No peeling, chopping, or other preparing of food was allowed with an exception for beating eggs.
No cooking raw meat that wasn’t part of a prepackaged meal.
Week 1 would be limited to 500mL of drinking water a day while week 2 and 3 would allow for zero.
The first week had a goal of 3000cal/day while using supplements, week 2 was 2000cal/day with no effort to eat healthy, and week 3 was an attempt to meet nutritional goals at 2500cal/day without supplements. For refence I would normally eat 2600cal/day. Food choice was based on things she mentioned eating or from consulting with my sister on what zoomer white girls who don’t cook are eating.

Nothing terribly interesting came up in the data. That big spike in calories came from me eating a whole Costco lasagna. Nobody wants to admit it but it happens from time to time. The 4Km(2.5 mile) runs weren’t strenuous enough for poor dieting to affect, so I tried 3 12Km(7.5 mile) runs in the final week and got times of 1:04:35, 1:05:16, and 1:08:17, so I wouldn’t say it degraded my physical ability in the short term.
What did happen almost immediately was my sleep schedule tanked from 1:30AM-5:30AM to 5:00AM-7:00AM then often a 2-3 hour nap later in the day, sometimes leaving work early to do so. Dehydration was likely the culprit as I constantly had a dry mouth and normally I drink 5L of water a day. I also was waking up at random and had mild migraines throughout the day, other symptoms of dehydration.
In week 2, which was the most authentic week, I was deficient in Vitamin A, C, D, and K every day. These vitamins, along with calcium and magnesium, power your immune system and promote healthy bones and teeth. In week 3 by eating eggs, drinking fruit juice and milk, and adding a cup of frozen vegetables to ravioli and instant noodles I managed to make a mostly balanced diet. Carbohydrates were too high and sodium was excessive, but the solution to that is drinking more water. Admittedly sardines and tuna were an expensive choice for protein and maybe you’ve got your own way of getting omega 3 but for me, it’s all about them deenz.

The rounded cost per week came out to:
Week 1: $108
Week 2: $54
Week 3: $79

These are in leaf dollars ($1CAD=$0.78USD) and the top 3 expenses were fast food($44), chips($24), and soda($23). Though week 2 was over 30% cheaper than week 3 I lost an average of 0.5 hours of work a day compared to week 3. Even if I earned minimum wage that would have been $212 in missed work hours a month compared to the $100 saved in groceries. Also, since Pippa is a sedentary anemic womanlet she only needs 1500cal/day and eating the amount of food required to reach her micronutrient goals could be arduous. My week 3 diet likely won’t translate down to that level, but it works on my machine. You could take whole food multivitamins, omega 3 supplements, and 3000IU of vitamin D at the bare minimum, but your body will only absorb these if you’re eating enough fats and drinking enough water. If someone wants to fulfil her kidnapping fantasies consider installing a port catheter to hydrated her without the need to drink, it can go right beside her 24/7 copium drip.
