Peko's old videos were more angry rants at various things, and one of those was regarding the utaite community and some names that were incredibly dickish in their cliques, among them, Aqua.

I do think Peko was only being a bit of an edgy teen and excessively angry, but Aqua has time and time again proven she has no spine in more recent events (Remember how she made the janitor joke, but then poof'd and allowed the blame fall in the 5th gen?, or the Coco situation?).
Aqua is generally seeing as a bit of a weasel by the NND crew which is why Korone also dislikes her quite a lot
