Quick maths: let's assume her public is between 20 and 30, that's around a 0.047% chance of dying every year according to life tables in Japan. That would mean ~1.88 kenzoku dying if her numbers stay stable. If we assume that they grew linearly since she started, so ~1000 the first year and ~300 the second, that would be already one death on average. That is probably the best-case scenario, since most countries have worse life tables than Japan, and chances of dying constantly increase after 30. Since the numbers are so low, maybe no one died, maybe 10 people died, it's hard to tell. The stats I found (abridged life tables for Japan 2019, ministry of health, labour and welfare, government of Japan) are also pre covid so you would have to add that to the mix.

There are ~12 million people between 20 and 30 in Japan, 20 in that age that died of covid so this is probably not an issue. Even for older population, they didn't have that many deaths.

All of that to say that there's a good chance that a few kenzoku already passed away, but probably less than 20
