It's not 1-to-1 mapping though, most unmarried men who are romantically successful have 2+ women they are seeing at any given time, tons of them have more. I'd estimate an average of 1.5 - 1 so if 90% of women are involved but only ~60% of men are. This is why GFE is popular and lucrative.
