I will be honest, during the time Mumei debuted, she was my least fav VTuber from any agency. Now she has become my Oshi alongside IRyS.
It's hard to pin point, but I love how she uses her lore and character.
She is mostly living in her own world which may act as a double edged sword for some people, but for me I actually enjoy that aspect of hers.
Unlike some other En members, she is not as good as them when it comes to singing, but I enjoy her karoke sessions the most for some reason. Also I feel she is the naturally gifted when it comes to singing.
In the end, I wish she continues to stay here in Hololive for as long as possible. I know a lot of people may think Council as a failure here on /vt/. But I think they are a great addition to Hololive En.

She's really good. She started off pretty rough but once she settled in she has consistently been one of the best. I like how she plays an airheaded character but if you pay attention to the subtleties of how she interacts with others you can tell she's actually really smart and is intentionally guiding the conversation a certain way. Stuff like that. She's also highly talented as an artist, and her design is one of the best in Hololive.
I find that this board has mostly turned around in a good way on Mumei now and she's one of the most popular Council members on /vt/, and most of the few people still shitting on her are still living in her debut month because trolls here don't watch streams. Whereas Kronii has kind of gone the other direction, people who liked her at first are kind of fading on her because she is somehow getting worse at streaming. So the people who still like Kronii are the ones who are actually in love with her for her awkwardness. I don't hate Kronii and would still watch her in a collab with Mumei since they clearly get along well, but I feel it really takes a certain kind of person to enjoy Kronii's solo streams.
