The thing that no one seems to understand is that when someone messes up or does something wrong, wanting them to disappear forever in every capacity is not reasonable. Assuming she does get the money, the second point still stands, it's entirely possible this is the end of her career and she'll never manage to bounce back. Saving money and reducing expenses is extremely important. I don't think $10k or so would matter in that scope though.
Though there's the other issue that's been brought up, even with money, is there anyone WILLING to be associated with her right now? The major players might avoid her, and minor people who'd jump at the chance regardless are unknown quantities, getting scammed out of $50k by an artist wouldn't be a great experience in her current state. She needs someone trustworthy and talented who doesn't care about controversy and works fast(time is money, if she doesn't re-debut before people forget about her she's dead).
