In an alternate timeline where monetary support to vtubers is simpy not possible, how genuine would they be, as entertainers? How does that affect other people from having an interest to try or to aspire to be a vtuber?

The ones that sing and dance would have a shot at being a background singer or dancer for some other more attractive and marketable popstar.
The remaining girls really have no real skills outside of gaming. Most of them would become filthy hikkis being supported by embarrassed family members. This would continue until they are so broken mentally and socially that they would be able to apply for the disability benefits. They live off that in shitty apartment for the rest of their days.
