Her model is rather goofy and oddly rigged, but the salient point is the skin. On-model Sana has a skin tone that, to put it mildly, is not fucking human. It's a gray alien's idea of what brown skin looks like.

Fanart on the other hand tends to make her skin a healthy golden-brown, which unsurprisingly looks much better. A while ago an anon did a side-by-side color adjustment on her vanilla model and the difference is pretty striking.

I actually went archive digging and found it before you posted it, thanks anyway, anon. It's incredible how just a more brighter or virbant color for her skin improves her model a lot. Hell, even her clothing looks more beautiful and suit her better when put alongside her skin in the model in the right than the pale looking model in the left.
