I really hope that Sana is seeing a physiotherapist for her back problem and following their professional recommendations. My dad hurt his back at some point and rested for a long while before seeing a physiotherapist, and it turned out that he should have gotten back on his feet and tried to do some core strengthening and back decompressing stretches pretty early on and all the laying in bed was actually detrimental after the initial healing period.

I feel like Sana is extremely popular, but has essentially been fucked by her situation. She lost a ton of momentum when she took a month off for her dog dying, then gained almost 100k subs in the month she was back before she's broke her back and has been out for the past 2 months.

Without those massive breaks, I feel like she would have established herself as THE EN endurance streamer and would be in the 500-600k sub range in the least, if not higher. She likes the popular games and she puts the hours in to show it, coupled with a constantly on bubbly personality, it sells.

Depends on the type of therapy, I got an acute herniation and once every 4-6 years it kinda happens again and I become paralized from the waist down with the nerves on my legs feeling as if someone was pouring boiling water on them so at the very least I'd suggest things to avoid doing.
