Weebs are relatively rare among German speakers, and they generally have high English (listening) proficiency; both are West Germanic languages, and they learn a lot of English in school. Older generations are used to getting everything translated, but younger people who spend a lot of time online are used to English content.
German speakers are also pretty stingy on average, especially Swabians and the Swiss.

What significant portion do you mean?
I know there's a common myth that the disabled were horribly persecuted but that is largely untrue, there were actually significant welfare programs for them in the Third Reich.

When Hitler took France (after France declared war) for example, he made sure to keep civilian and infrastructure damage to an absolute minimum and never absorbed France into the Reich, it was occupied purely as part of the war.
He also offered peace to Britain repeatedly, basically from the moment the war started, even dropping off leaflets over London where he laid out his essentially unconditional terms for peace (you can read it yourself if you don't believe me, the leaflet was titled "A Last Appeal to Reason" and is available online).
Those just don't seem like the actions of a warmonger who wanted to conquer all of Europe to me.
