Most of the animal themed holos came out pretty good, pekora is probably the best of them and S tier by herself. If Haachama's goth outfit was her original I'd put it in S too, the schoolgirl one is just too generic

Chuunichama is my favorite, plus the twin-tails frame her face better. NewYears/ponytail hoodie are tied as my second favorite of hers. Prisoner Pekora is also very well designed.

Mio's design is my favorite
It's the perfect middle ground between too noisy like Polka and too simple like Matsuri
Plus I love all her outfits and black and red are my favorite colors

I would have to say Pekora has the best design and she's not even my oshi. It's both cute and sexy and instantly recognizable if you know anything about hololive.
