You can do a different calculation for Shibuya Hal's revenue report, Emperor publishes his revenue proportions and I've set up a spreadsheet to back-calculate his income from playboard SC.
If you say he has 0 memberships since they're impossible to estimate, he would have a RPM of $1.97 per 1000 views. If you assume he has 5000 members giving him $3 per member, he would have a RPM of $2.54 per 1000 views. So Millie's numbers are in line of what I would expect from a vtuber/gaming RPM with a slightly nerfed audience compared to Japan.

I’ll give you my reasoning. If anon estimate is right and it’s 7k per rig it’s cheap enough for Anycolor to give it immediately to every streamer above a subs threshold, 250k, for instance (like they do for 3D) *AND* keep the raffle for the ones that didn’t meet the threshold yet.

This and the fact even streamers without a high CCV or sub count on Nijisanji can easily make double that money in SC alone in their bday alone, likely even in their 3.0 debut.
Having a system not based on seniority or a performance threshold and making it purely luck based is silly at best, stingy at worst.
