I dunno man, months before the hiatus he slowed down, talked about how he was spending most of his time tending to he's sick mother, then during the hiatus he talked multiple times about quitting and how much better he felt off the internet.
If he isn't coming back, he will probably say so in he's last stream, so we just have to see.
