Holo has reached a point that WoW reached long back.
Their peak is far behind them, and they're slowly bleeding viewers, but each expansion (new gen) they will get some fresh blood.
Unlike WoW though, the recline is far gentler and the big events that they organize can still raise interest.

Many here claim that Holomyth is atleast in the high end 6 figures or even millionaire and they are maybe right.

It's not that simple. To create a box, you need some important things to get it to work

Too few members and you basically run into the issue that myth encountered. Too many and you run into the Nijisanji dilemma. The box is basically a CGDCT anime sim. You want your main group and your side characters visible and avoid creating too many mob characters.

As weird as it sounds, the Taiwan yab actually was essential in creating the box for a number of reasons. It basically force isolated Hololive into creating its own walled garden because the other big corpos were worried about losing the chink market. And it also created an external enemy that everyone had to go up against. For the newfags that only got into Hololive recently, HoloJP 2020-2021 was the biggest show of unity I've ever seen. Everyone, from the fans to the talent, was invested in keeping everyone safe from the chink menace. That was the point when most fans started really buying into the whole family mantra. If you ever wonder why holofags, especially JP are holo only watchers, it's because of their level of investment with the girls that was solidified by the yabs of those years. I seriously doubt any company would survive, let alone be willing to subject themselves to something like that.
