I haven't watched her streams in a while but I'd say no. She's normie but didn't seem flirtatious, assertive, or concerned with things like fashion or flashiness enough to fit. I'd say Hoshikawa fits the definition of one the closest with Hayase and a few others like Luis needing a just few tweaks to fit as well but the gyaru drought is forever present in every medium and everlasting aside from the few drops of dew that form to keep your hopes up.
