It's kinda well known that streaming without a schedule is much less stressful for the streamer as a general thing, Both Towa and Korone don't use them and just announce their streams when they happen with a simple tweet.
It does suck, since you're basically left guessing if they're streaming in that day or not, so you can't plan your day around it... But that's just the commitment you agree to when you decide on the person that's your oshi.
Either way it is how it is, I'd recommend going forward with the mentality that Gura won't stream "x" amount of days if a schedule isn't set up for it, and watch someone else instead. (Saying this as someone who enjoyed watching Council and Pomu's stream today)
