Aqua, Ayame, and Shion are the cutest in the way a trophy-wife's miniature dog is.

They hit all of the standard marks for cuteness: Small, perky, cute voice, and are easy ways to get attention. The thing is, that's about all they're good for. People spoil these dogs, and eventually they come to expect constant pampering, and rarely give anything back except for when they feel people getting exasperated with them. Shion and Aqua even had comeback streams right next to each other, which makes it feel like they're reading off the same cheat sheet. Regardless, whenever they make a halfhearted return, the masses will fawn over them until they're satisfied enough to disappear for another month or two.

Meanwhile, other holos have a much more profound cuteness to them, like a big dog. There's still a lot of things that make them cute, but as you get to know them, you learn how much cuter they are when it's enhanced by their character. A big dog has a personality that comes out as you get to know it, and they respond to your love by trying to please or protect you, resulting in a mutual feeling of gratitude. Most other holos only try harder over time: they release albums, participate or put together large collabs, guest star in other 3D lives, all while streaming consistently. You'll never be able to communicate to the small dog fans just how much cuter you find the big dog is, because their brains simply cannot comprehend it; dogs are just objects to them.

Long story short: Yes, but only until personality, not mannerisms, comes into play.

DD, but it's more consistency than numbers. I don't base who I love off of who did more hours, as long as they're trying in general. Which is why I don't really feel like Aqua's in the same boat as the other two, and probably overstepped with that. But to give an example of what I liked, things like Mio and Miko giving constant updates, and even drawing daily journals while they were gone. That shit's real cute and thoughtful.

Her best friend Kagura Mea and her were BIG BIG in China, the china cover thing happens and Kagura Mea has a concert sponsored by billibilli at the end of the year. Aqua was a guest but with the new situation in order to protect Mea from antis they had to stop all contact online (they still hang out even today). Aquas appearance was cancelled Mea cried on stream and went into a hiatus.
They have appeared together in Tamakis channel after the incident so that's something

There's hope for the future, Mea helped with Aqua's Vampire cover, Aqua made several Mea mentions throughout the years without actually naming her (though it was pretty obvious who she was talking about) and finally named her and talked about her in one of her Twitter Space.

As for Nijisanji sadly there hasn't been much, just that collab with Marine, Mito and Himawari back on early 2021 (iirc) and the much more recent one with Tamaki, Sara, Ririmu and Hayase in April.
