To give this some actual critique. It has that dialogue problem from 'Tusk' where the scene moves way too fast because you only put in the barest extra detail from character action, thought, or monologue for it. Don't get me wrong, the dialogue itself is actually pretty good to read and has that aspects you're tagging it under, but the scene moves at breakneck pace due to only having bare details.
Also I feel like this kind of fic would benefit more from a more limited 3rd person rather than omniscient 3rd person style, the bits of her mind gleamed from civia (if it's intended on being from her mind and not just kronii inference) kind of "plays her hand out " to the reader when ambiguity would have served the fic better, i.e. it being more ambiguous whether the therapist is actually being abusive.

Brazil is a very massive country. Most people don't realize just how big it is. It's bigger than Europe in its entirety. This means, of course, that Brazil stretches from the equator, where yes, it would in theory be always summer, to way the fuck down. The south of Brazil gets hit by polar winds during winter, which means that we even get snow here and almost constantly get below 0C temperatures. The thing about this is that the polar winds aren't a constant. You'll have super sunny day, and then suddenly the next one you'll be under 3 layers of clothing, chaffed lips and feeling like shit from the temperature change.

Ending a fight scene? The conclusion will always be when one side wins and the other loses. If you want even better satisfying pay-off it should be with the "winner" being on their last legs exhausted as all hell as it took their everything to beat their opponent. Using shonen anime/manga as a reference, a good fight is the payoff itself, especially when it has both the emotional weight and plot significance which to me are very important aspects.

God I fucking love conclusive fights between two rivals that respect each other but understand there can only be one person left standing

Shonen route: A big speech followed by a finisher, usually a punch or a kick or some special attack. Put extra focus to keep it concise and don't overextend the scene. If you can't hear the opening song in your head as you read the scene then something went wrong
