Good job anon. I think both your grammar and structure are a lot better than in Pt.1. Only gripe I have with it content-wise is that it's kinda all over the place. It doesn't feel like there's a structure to it, like you're just grazing plot points without ever exploring them.
Example: You cook dinner. Dinner is good. There's a movie on the TV. The movie is good. Playing games is fun. Botan has a 3090. You think you're in love with Botan. You fall asleep. Suddenly, there's Lamy. Carbonara.

Alright, I really liked the setup - it set the mood real good. But after that, I share the sentiment with the other anons. The Characters are pretty garbage, to be frank. Anon is an edgy bipolar 16 y/o, and although I've never watched Hoshikawa, your description of her and the way she behaves doesn't match at all. "She's hot, outgoing, friendly and brought you a lot of customers yada yada - but she's a total slut, because reasons."
The smut was kind of run-of-the-mill, too. You could've explored the premise a lot more, doing something with the ice cream spontaneously comes to mind - like, a lick here earns you a lick there or something. . This way, it was a pretty generic porn plot a la "stepbro what are you doing".
If you wrote all the other commissioned fics, this certainly isn't your best one. Maybe write something you're actually passionate about in-between? Well, at least you got payed.

As the other anon noted, the two characters of this fic behave incongruously throughout and it's jarring to read. I know nothing about Sara outside of a couple clips long ago, so I can't comment on whether or not she was in-character.
With the rape, I think that you should have leaned all the way in either direction, femdom or maledom, but not tried to do both because the total reversal completely killed my suspension of disbelief.

Anyway my thought here, first third was pretty good setup, second third was pretty hot smut, final third just went too off the rails with Sara's established and described character that it took me out of it.

I don't want to pretend to be cooler than I really am so I'll just dispel that now; what I've been doing is mostly upgrading my street car to make it perform better on the track. I can turn a wrench but I'm good enough I can build up a formula car or something of the like.
Prepping for an event basically takes as much time as debriefing from one, have to check everything to make sure I'm not one loose bolt away from hitting a wall (again) next time. Whether on account of my earlier sperg-out or not, I really appreciate all the details you've included to describe the environment. It was really easy to visualise the areas the characters moved through and their interactions therein.
It was nice to see the expansion on Anon's past, and the reunion with Cojiro was heartwarming. Roosters are exceptional animals, and surprisingly strong when they need to be. You made an excellent choice for Anon's pet. I do hope we'll get to see Temma at some point. Anon's backstory is still relatively mysterious, but his current state raises a lot of questions about his parents, his past, etc. While I understand that for most, it's not as exciting as combat, I enjoy the way you've managed to incorporated it thus far.
I can't really give any feedback on Matsuri's personality accuracy, though I can say she was a great character regardless. I do hope we eventually see more of her, both because she's adorable, and because Anon was the one to ask her out, and it would be rude to leave her hanging.
