I think the most that we might get is a teaser for the second concert if it'll actually happen this year. Last year's announcement was a special one because of how long it took for the Stars to get their own live show and 3D, so this year Cover might just treat it like they do with Hololive and just say "Hey, concert at the end of this year" and announce it properly a few months from now, which isn't much different than what we got last year but at that time only Rikka and Roberu had 3D models so they couldn't just hide who would perform.

The system forces you to play as a team similar to tourneys. Placement is the most important thing, and Kill Points increase proportional to where you finish. The problem is Fuma plays like a solo most of the time i.e. no coordination, team spreads out and die by themselves, bad rotation/positioning, and so on. Once you die early, they might even deduct more points than what you get the game before.
