This rule is somewhat ambiguous and in the past I've seen multiple comments being deleted including my own which were strictly talking about the content pertaining to what vtubers have said about their lives outside streaming.
You could argue that even if it's their content we're not allowed to discuss their lives here but then half the threads would have to be deleted if this rule is to be followed indiscriminately. How many vtubers have talked about/showed their pets, discussed meeting other vtubers, showed pictures of their rooms, food and everything else? None of those threads were deleted to my knowledge. It seems that this rule is being applied selectively based on one or few mods feelings so the ambiguity there is intentional.

Honestly, I think the rule shouldn't apply to v-tubers that draw no boundaries between their avatars and real life. Mori (I would argue intentionally) doxxed herself in her very first stream, and has made almost zero attempts to distinguish between the two - except by referring to Hololive as her "restaurant job."
