A watchalong typically doesn't have the content on stream because it can't be shown, but a react stream does show what's happening on stream because it's usually Youtube vids or Tik Toks or something. Same in concept but despite /vt/'s constant railing against them there's something very comfy about react streams. Has a very Netflix and chill vibe that I like and genuinely have fun with if the videos themselves are good.

Honestly, the problem is not that React content is bad, it is that no one does it right. For example, if you are say a music coach, or someone like that who knows music very well, reacting to songs makes sense, as you can teach things about the song and the music world in general, witch can be pretty cool. If you are well verse in a certain topic, reacting to that topic and offering different things that some people may not know is actually good. Most people do not do that, however. That is why it gets a bad rep.

I genuinely find the decision to redebut under a new name and design when she didn't have to extremely respectable, but I have to say that the new design is the weakest of the three.
