3-5 chuubas do the bank robbery of the century. Something that requires years of planning and a complex, hard to execute plan. Betrayals and a twist at the end. That sound interesting?

You stop editing by stopping yourself from editing. If you've been editing it for months then you've probably run out of major changes and are probably just quibbling over the way a paragraph or sentence reads. If you're at that point you just need to either publish or give it up.

Anon actually encountered one of the secret schizo superbosses that've been hiding around since Chapter 4, alongside finally rolling to determine some other stuff intrinsic within him since the roll gates have been getting easier to and easier to pass with each chapter or someone trying to figure out why a seemingly normal human (in a world where humans CAN be pretty powerful) is so strong from time to time. I've stated in the past that I had no intention of this being as big/long as a it was when it first started, and as such, had next to no real world building in mind for at least the first two chapters before I started to get more into it and have more fun. World lore started to get solidified in place when the notion of the wider world was brought up by Chapter 3 given that Marine wasn't a native to Argomery, and I had a pretty firm idea of the world (several large continents and islands making up different nations, technological advancement differing from place to place with some places being no better than Dark Ages peasant villages all the way up to arcanepunk BEFORE getting into deep magic shit) by 4 to 5. Stuff is still created for/in it, but generally not a lot has been added to it since at least five. I guess it'd be like, 25/75 by the metric provided. Didn't have a whole lot of ideas for it until it really got going.

I like chuubas and I like writing. Sometimes shitposting seeps into my brain and I need a way to let it out in some way. Fanfiction is fun because you are given set characters and it's up to you what you make of their personalities and settings, and well, every chuuba needs to be impregnated.

How do you use action tags when you put them in the middle of the dialogue? I know you end the first sentence with a period but do you also do the same for the action tag or do you end it with a comma and start the next sentence with a lowercase letter?

Honestly with how the focus is on the 'violence' and aftermath to it, I still think you're not being descriptive enough. By using similar story beats I guess.
I had an idea similar to the henchmen in 2. Trying to work for your freedom under a chuuba but they're constatly fucking you over, giving you empty promises, stringing you along into suicide mission etc...
Another idea would be recevivng calls from your Oshi to take out rival chuubas and their fans.
A shorter one-shot could be going against a chuuba who plays the role of Jacket.
