In the world of streaming, it's more about the consistency and willingness to create varied content along with some speedrunning that gets the audiences, not talent or anything. Look at the top streamers in Twitch and look at what they all have in common - they're consistent, fill the dead air, engage the audience effectively, some does speedruns sometimes, and generate entertaining moments for clipping (some might be used for drama).

Fauna's very consistent with her streaming, able to do speedruns, and do a variety of content including ASMR. Kronii's inconsistent but she's so great at entertaining and generating entertaining moments for clips (even though the kronies are schizos), Bae is semi-consistent and able to do variety streams w/ good entertainment but she loses audiences because she's in the Aussie timezone, Sana fell off the slope, Mumei is inconsistent but she uses her drawing very well for entertainment, and IryS is semi-consistent with good singing content but her main focus is on her singing production not streaming. Out of all the CouncilRyS members, Fauna satisfies all 3 conditions very well and knows how to play the streaming business well. For some this might be considered plain and boring but boring and consistency is also what Cover wants as a company so that they have a stable source of income.
