Leaving a like and a comment is the absolute best thing you can do to support their channel's growth and by extension success. Multiple interactions are an exponential modifier for a given video or channels exposure in the algorithm.

If you absolutely must keep her at an arm's length out of respect, then wait until the video becomes a vod and leave a respectful comment there. Interactions are seriously too important to eschew out of misguided good will. The combination of a like and a single comment from a user is huge for interaction metrics.

It's generally covered in the HoloEN streams as the "don't talk about other streams" rule, but the Japanese call those people pigeons. They mean as in like a messenger pigeon, to describe people who are watching someone elses' stream coming over to yours going for example "hey Watame is streaming right now, hey what do you think of Watame _______? I don't think they use a voice-changer in these videos, However, they very well may be a male doing a female voice, who got better at it with vocal practice. The early videos have a completely different voice. Either they started out not using a voice-changer and started using one, or got better at imitating a female voice.
