He has translators for "special" streams, that is anything besides his usual zatsus and game streams, the latter you don't really need a translator.
To be honest, he's not the best Stars for a complete EOP (not to mention he also speaks with dialect), BUT he's the best Stars for someone who is dedicated to learn JP. His chat types a lot (barely emote spams) and will give you context towards what he's saying. I learn a lot of words/kanjis from them.

That depends on how much of their content becomes collabs. The JP girls who collabed with StarsJP never saw a big drop other than below average viewers for those streams in particular. If they become NijiEN-lite then I don't know what will happen, but I can see some of them losing some portion of their fanbases and not gaining anything since HoloEN in general isn't really growing.
