No matter how you dice it, there's been a straight decline in Myth's stream hours since January 2022.
What is going on?

Here's another graph that shows each member's individual streams.
If the post-2022 trend continues, we can expect HoloEN to last roughly another year.

The jp holos use the invincible seiso to lewd bounce formula but the en holos expect their personalities alone (although some of them used to be more creative) to carry their channels. Problem is, this never lasts in the entertainment industry. You really have to innovate and give the audience something new at least somewhat frequently. Doesn't help that they seem burned out.

EN3 really needs at least two actual dedicated streamers to carry the whole branch, and ideally someone like Miko, Mio, Towa or FBK who is actually able to take initiative and organize shit. Mori kinda covered that role in the past but I feel like her music career is too much of a time and energy sink to let her carry that responsibility too. There's Kiara I guess, but she could definitely use a hand.

You mean by Ame. They all go out of their way to constantly talk about how much Ame does for them behind the scenes.

That aside, it is kind of pathetic how little they do considering how much their getting paid. The average person works 160 hours a month; the only one that barely passes half of that is Kiara, but that's because she's the worst of the group and has to put in some effort to keep a fan base.

Gura, Ina, and iRys aren't even working 12 hours a week. Ame and Mori are barely working that and Kiara is working roughly 24 hours a week.

>>29830993

What projects? We're seeing absolutely nothing that would back up that BS claim you're spouting. All we're seeing is a massive decline in hours and nothing else.

I hope with EN Gen 3 they focus on people who are actually streamers and not other stuff. We don't need singers or artists who aren't cranking out at least a video / song a month to show they're actually working and creating content with our money and we sure as shit don't need any actual idol wannabes like Kiara. We need streamer content creators.

Gura will stop streaming at this pace

>> No.29842286

During the last members stream Gura explicitly said that she's doing lots of Hololive stuff and that she's aware that because of that her streams have become, I quote, "Spotty at best." She also can't talk about it. But the problem is still here. This whole last year has largely been a bag of nothingness with no streams and no content that would justify it. Sure we got a few covers out of it, but most of that was shilling.

Kiara is an acquired taste but at least she tries, no complaints there. Mori and Ame are traitors and anti-idol, so I despise and don't watch them, and Ina is just there. And even she despises her audience. Myth is fading from view and it's due to bullshit from the talents (Mori, Ame), pure disinterest (Ina) and simple absence (Gura). Cover shit the bed with Gura in particular because they're just banking on her as a shill, Con attendee and merch instead of just letting her stream. Absence doesn't make the heart go fonder, it just makes you forget. I switched entirely to a small corpo because neither Hololive nor Nijisanji have anything going for them anymore. Males legitimately ruined everything just as I predicted, and Cover's idiocy as a company just gave it all the killing blow.

The only ones who have "muh projects" excuse are:

Mori, because she continues to shit out her recycled cringe wigger rap songs by the dozen (plus her roommate career, but kayfabe-wise you're not supposed to acknowledge that). I don't care for it because it's >Mori, and cringe wigger rap, but even I can admit that she has a reasonable claim on being "busy" (and still her stream times are not even the worst of the bunch)

Kiara, whose recent stream times were impacted by the prep for her birthday event (dance practice, going to Ame for 3D, etc.), and even with that (and the various mini-vacations she takes to destress) she still tops in stream time output. Sure, like with Mori above, I don't really care because it's just >Kiara and I'm not too interested in her idolshit, but even I can admit her workrate.

Ame, who has done a lot to set up 3D and the VRchat behind the scenes for everyone to play around with. Ideally, that's something that should've been done by Cover staff, if they can't even get them "real" 3D in Japan at least help facilitate the alternatives (but then again, thingscovershoulddo.txt...), so Ame doesn't have to be on background standby and sacrifice her own time everytime someone else wants to do something in 3D and she has to manage/direct, which cuts into her own personal streaming time.

...

Ina has less excuses. Sure, currently it's "muh move", but what's mostly keeping her "busy" and preventing a higher stream output is that she still puts some priority and focus on her roommate's illustrator work. Which, again like with Mori's roommate career, is not really acknowledgeable kayfabe-wise as to why her Hololive-character streams so little. It would be another thing if the illustrating that's keeping her busy was for official Hololive artwork, so it could be acknowledged, but it's not even that (her Hololive-related art output has also rather dried up recently, anyway).

And last is of course le lazy shork. There isn't even really a "muh projects" excuse to explain these pathetic stream times. If she were "sooo busy recording", there better be a full 12+ track album dropping really soon, that justifies this absence, or else it'd expose that cope as empty bullshit.
