A suicopath fic about getting stuck in a blizzard and rescued by suisei.
It's fine. It just suffers from effectively being setup for a story that doesn't exist. With the two parts being buildup to a non-existent third part.
I did enjoy the narration and dialogue but the lack of a third part kind of makes this hard to recommend.

I'm going to cheat here and instead of doing a random story I'll offer my thoughts on Present Day, Present Time since some time ago I offered the writer some critique on it but haven't caught his last posts.

The last two chapters IMO have been a big improvement in both of the issues I raised with the story, so props for that. The sentences no longer read like an instruction manual by being too short and compact, and they flow way better than before. The MC has also grown some proverbial balls to not just be used and passed around like a dildo, so I do like that as well. All in all it's a lot more fun to read and rub one off to, so nice job.

Finished a particularly difficult scene, now working on a marginally-easier one. If any writeanons have any advice on how to make dialogue-heavy scenes less dry, I'm all ears. I've been trying to describe the characters gesticulating while they talk, but it's proving difficult to convey nonverbal gestures better than "she does that one thing with her hands."

Well aside from the obvious 'just make better dialogue lol' you pretty much have two routes to make a dialogue heavy scene better.
The first way is to add more character to the dialogue and see if you can make the dialogue itself hold the scene together.
The other way is to draw less focus on the dialogue by way of the point of view character, integrating their thoughts, observations, etc so that the dialogue has more space to breathe.
The two ways are pretty much diametrically opposed views on how to handle a dialogue heavy scene so think about how you write and see which way is better for you.

Well I finally read throught the first four chapters of "First Train and Kafka", here are my thoughts:
Stop One. It's not that disturbing in terms of content but the casualness of the abuse did send some chills for me.
Stop Two. Not that disturbing due to how the prose reads, ironically the 'robotic' attempts at narration kind of (perhaps intentionally) blunts how disturbing this really is. Still I like how it reads even if the 'dissociation' didn't really come out through the narration.
Stop Three, Personally kind of flopped being disturbing since it effectively rethreads the 'first molestation' angle of stop one in having someone's first experience of sexual abuse.
