Honestly looking at some Tsunderia streams I can't say I'm surprised so many people don't realise the girls are part of a larger company. It's especially true with Kana, but even with Gen 1 it's not that obvious at a glance; they've got Tsunderia in the video titles and Tsunderia/TsunQuest in the tags (but only sometimes) with no context as to what those words are actually referring to, along with the company details at the bottom of the video descriptions that casual viewers probably won't read.
As for the streams themselves, you'd expect the Tsunderia logo to show up a lot but it's extremely inconsistent. The only instance I've found among the Gen 1 streams where the full logo shows up is Yuuna's loading screen, and a loading screen is something that's usually going to be shown for the first five minutes of a stream at most. Meru on the other hand has the logo on screen at basically all times (which is good), but without the name, and combined with its placement in her stream layout it usually either looks more like a crown decoration with no significance (which is bad) or part of the Vtube studio logo (which is worse). Kallin and Ria have no instances of the logo in their streams at all as far I can tell.
For a small start up that's still trying to get their name out there they could really stand to improve on this front. Even just having something like pic related in the corner of everyone's streams would be a start, it can immediately communicate even to a viewer that only watches a stream for half a minute that Tsunderia is a company, and that the vtuber they're currently watching is a part of that company. Have this logo visible at basically every moment of every stream so that absolutely nobody misses it.

Management just kinda fucked up Tsunderia entirely. If they had forced Kana and co. to collaborate and work with the other Tsunderias nonstop, it would have been able to blossom into something much larger, with every single one of them being able to feed off the successes of the other. Hololive EN does this greatly. Every single person who's a fan of any of the Holo ENs knows all the other Holo ENs and even probably watch some Japanese Holos except for maybe some of the 10-year-old Gura fans. Tsunderia needs to force their talents to collaborate more.
