Honestly I'd love to see her play a game like Thumper. She's big on rhythm games, but it's almost all the same kind of music, so I think it would be neat to see her try something outside of her musical comfort zone. Having an anime avatar and the novelty of hololive wears off after a couple years. - Didn't stream with Sana at all after her graduation announcement (yes, I know about the recent news regarding her back, but I doubt Gura knew anything about that before her roommate posted that tweet)
- Blew off Mumei during her birthday stream as she didn't call in or even send a video message. A one liner in chat or a tweet can easily be spoofed by her manager
- Like another anon pointed out, her streams in the past few months have been low effort FOTM, Minecraft, shill streams, and maybe an unarchived karaoke thrown in there with the same playlist she's had on her repertoire for over a year.

She actually does need to get better at milking content properly. For example, she could get several streams out of building Atlantis, and then she'd have better Tour Guide streams in the future.
Sure, she did something new every Minecraft stream to retain interest, but in the long-run the content is shallow without finishing builds.
Same with a lot of other content. She could establish more staples like monthly asmr, rhythm games, so on.
