Only if someone else helps him with the color selection. Not making a crack at dark skinned anime women, those are great. He just picks weird colors along with a limited color palette for each drawing. Then he uses the same or similar color on two adjacent parts of the character. So the lack of contrast make it look muddled. Not just saying this because of Sana, it's a consistent issue in his art. Like using off-white on top of white.
