It's pretty similar on both sites, but twitch is pretty good at documenting what is not allowed, while YouTube is fairly vague and intransparent, on top of that the YouTube AI adds a bit of randomness into the mix (banning for no reason, making you a channel for kids for weird reasons, etc.)
