ADHD is frustrating because the intelligence and ability are there, but the working and effort isn't, feels like spinning tyres in the mud. Strangely enough it took me maybe a week to on learn and memorise every member of hololive, yet it's taking me months to learn katakana, let alone kanji. And learning to build sentences in Japanese you can't just grind the knowledge to learn it, you have to know the theory and apply it and think about each particle your applying to the sentence. Feels like walking up hill, sometimes wonder if I'm doing it all wrong. Not giving up yet, but fuck man.

I think she might have exaggerated the lego thing a tiny bit but it didn't sound like they never let her play with legos ever. She only got lego timeouts when she was breaking pieces. It's just like if you were doing a puzzle and someone ripped up a few pieces, it would make the final thing look wrong.
