No idea. I love Ina, but her head and neck have always had some weird geometry going on. In that image I think they look higher up because the bangs are hidden and her head is quite bulbous.
her neck however does stand out so much with this outfit.

I actually agree. Ina’s new outfit is my favorite so far but Kiara’s is the biggest improvement. Her original was hard to look at desu. The new one isn’t amazing but it’s a huge leap in the right direction for her.
