It's not quite as simple as that. The way Kronii addressed her fanbase and took her time making a definitive decision on her stance left a bad taste in many fans. I think it was more of a disconnect from the fanbase that lead to a disrespectful attitude towards her fanbase and ultimately her decision. The ones that will JUST stop watching are the neutrals that felt they were slighted. The ones who lean deeper into the parasocial ladder will stop watching and become antis. Antis will impede the growth of the vtuber and disrupt cohesion in the fanbase. Some may believe that since the antis are in the minority, they won't be very impactful. But, the impact differs depending on the vtuber, their content, and fanbase. Based on what I've seen, I think antis will continue to significantly affect Kronii and her fanbase negatively. Not just the financial aspects, but it will affect her future interactions with fan feedback and the perceptions of future fans looking for comfy CGDCT escapism.

I think it has everything to do with gender stereotypes regarding virginity pushed by abrahamic religious morality, which is a long-winded way of saying
