Maria is slightly better than Rosemi simply because:

For example every now and then people complain that she streams at late NA times and she always kindly and calmly explains that timezones exist for a reason and that they should prioritize their health/sleep, she outright tells people to watch vods instead of staying around at times. She also tard wrangled chat when they kept asking for roomie to appear on stream.

One cover per month is her goal, she released Godish, now Roze maiden, she takes singing lessons and actively wants to use nijisanji to produce good music and improve as an artist

Overall enjoying Maria over Rosemi is subjective, some people hate her game choice or whatever but objectively speaking she's way more genuine, transparent and "complete" as a person and streamer compared to Rosemi. Don't want to shit on Rose too much but she really doesn't feel like someone who wants to stream and just happens to be there because she got into Nijisanji. When you contrast her with Maria it becomes pretty evident.
