Yeah, Ina is a close as you can get. The issue with kuudere is that it's damn near impossible to be a successful chuuba while having basically no personality. Your best bet on finding an actual kuudere chuuba would be to sort twitch from lowest to highest views and pick a bland, but cute looking model.

Nekoragi is a kuudere NEET "gamer cat" obsessed with Maple Story. Sometimes Koragi lets her take over a stream just because her voice is tired that day and it's easier to go deadpan.
Nezumi is an easily-bullied himedere who tries very badly to hide her poverty and lack of education.
IIRC she's developing a videogame where all three are playable characters, though it might be on hold.
