They collabed on Rust and in Aqua's live pretty recently. If they seriously hated each other Suisei woudl have just declined playing rust with Kanata. They aren't as close as they used to be but imo it was probably just a drifting apart and not spending much time together after she moved out.

Then they found each other in Rust season 2 and created a faction together.
After being estranged for almost a year and both changing a whole lot they were fucking AKWARD.
It was nice don't get me wrong, that they don't hate each other or anything and can have fun, but damn was it awkward.

Finally last they talked during the sports festival. Which had it's own interesting moment where Sui sounded kinda pissed that she got a second place to Kanata in that one event.
