There certainly are it's actually funny. The Engineer on Irys' channel bots incredibly hard. If you thumb him down at the start he'll have around 20 or so in a few minutes while being at the very bottom. Not very organic. When comments on membership streams after being gifted, he gets like <5.
Some people do it on Fauna's too. Some people also delete and remake their comments after they notice they're buried and will come back with double digits almost instantly

Tried this out and its pretty aggressive with its in game ads. You have to sit through timed ads when you first launch and every time you're in the gacha section it has pop up ads to buy starter packs and whatever. Pretty dang bad. The gacha is probably even more predatory than usual too. Gacha rates themselves are standard, but it shows you 20 rolls instead of 10, and then picks between half of them. Guaranteed "almost had it" feelings
