for anyone who isn‘t a mindless Twitter drone like OP, the context of his voice tweets is that a bunch of people in his fanbase were voicing contempt towards his chat being full of horny ESLs and emote spams, which makes interacting with chat practically impossible for him. He saw those tweets and talked about how he doesn‘t want to upset HIS FANS by telling them what to do and what not to do, while also being mindful of everyone. He explicitly said he doesn‘t care about the opinions of people who don‘t watch him, but he doesn‘t want to alienate his fans by listening to what a vocal minority says so he‘s not quite sure how to handle the issue of providing too much fanservice.
