Kiara also has a massive ego problem with wanting to always be the center of attention, so she'd recruit people who wouldn't steal any potential spotlight.

All that said, Cover needs to do better than they did with Gen 2, and also better than they did with Gen 1. They need to hire highly skilled talents who want Hololive to be their top priority and they need to also make their contracts a lot more strict. Forced amount of streams / stream hours and none of this constant vacation nonsense as well as no major outside work to distract from their priorities to Cover.

Myth had disagreements with Cover that should have been resolved before their deubt but were completely ignored and that led to a growing schism between the talents and management.
