I've watched the Holo EN girls on and off when I first found out about 'em, just checking out a stream here or there, seeing what they're about, getting an idea about 'em.
But when I came across Ame's sleepy ASMR stream, I actually fell in love. She's just so comforting like that. Her hotel ASMR and her recent Members Zatsu was heaven. Her outfit reveal stream and karaoke all in one night was Ame-zing.
I've since pretty much only watched Ame since then, but I do watch the others occasionally.
So keep giving her a watch. It sounds like she's got you under her spell.
If I had to pick streams to suggest I'd definitely have to suggest Superliminal, her first AI Dungeon, Donut County, and now Later Alligator, all fine examples of her being incredibly cute and also incredibly stubborn.

Doom Eternal/2020 is like Doom 2016 with no sense of subtlety.

The story desperately wants to paint an epic extended universe and push it in your face. The combat desperately wants you to juggle all of your weapons and a half-dozen new cooldowns every twenty seconds. The platforming desperately wants to be a gamey time-waster by having you follow floating powerups to refresh your dash so you can reach a platform that'll fall like crumbling sand and return five seconds later so you can grab an extra life powerup. Even the upgrade system can't help but look stupid because now it's integrated into the new hub map, where you're using multiple batteries thicker than your Popeye-sized forearm to unlock doors that contain upgrade currency.

Ok so i watched the Fish Tank Podcast live and it was amazing, i watched it again afterwards; even better for some reason, watched it again for a third time without watching it like and actual podcast; still just as amazing and more enjoyable.

God Gura and Ame are just so perfect together, the way their minds work and how they manage to just play off eachother is so amazingly entertaining. I love it for the same reason why i loved Ame's outfit reveal and it's being able to tell just how happy she is, like when Ame was doing to pokemon portion of the reveal you could tell she was sincerely happy and having fun with the chat when we were choosing what part to reveal next.

The Fish Tank had so many great moments like when they were talking about Gura visiting so they could cook together, building a tree house together where Ame squealed in delight and all the genuine laughter. Man sorry for gushing but that podcast goes up there with some of Ame's best streams she's done as of yet, and that's a bold feat, god i love happy Ame

IMO, mostly down to visual design and a more cartoony feel. I loved 2016 because the monster designs, the environments and the combat all came together to feel very visceral and brutal. Eternal intentionally made itself much, much more like the older Dooms in regard to monster design, but at the same time leant more on combat complexity.

Also Marauders are the bane of my fucking existence. I think their ability to block any incoming damage and only take it in a short window or from splash damage is retarded, and their dogs that slow you are annoying. It's like they had several different enemies, combined them into one and just throw it in to block your progress, and also made it a Boss, so a BFG shot won't kill it in one go.

I think the Times Square billboard thing is nice but ultimately kind of impersonal and empty. When 35P got the VA who voiced Michael in GTA 5 to send her a message, that was really cool because it had a sentimentality to it. A part of me feels that the way her birthday stream went emboldened Ame to hype the other girls' birthdays even more. And personally I don't think teamates would have done a Times Square billboard it's not something that comes to mind for a birthday, but I would happily pitch in for a bday present that is personalized for Ame.

I like the overall gameplaye and gun feel but HATED how many unlockables it had. And how many abilities were locked behind them. You had keys that opened doors that gave you points to unlock gates on your ship that unlocked skill points to apply skill that had to be unlocked to strife mid jump.

It was retarded and the UI looked like one of those mobile phone games with a dozen different currencies.

Also hated how "heaven" looked like and the revelation of what it was. We've seen "Hell" hundreds of times in Doom and the one in 2016 and Eternal looked amazing so hearing we might go to the heaven equivalent was hype as fuck but it turned to be... just... space. With mildly SciFi decor, it looked straight out of Warframe, not even a good level but like those initial levels that were kinda shit before they put effort in the game.

With all that said its still a good game, but i have no intention on playing it again while i've beaten Doom 2016 several times since it launched and i still get the urge to play it every now and then.

Gura's splithread is usually quite popular because there's a lot of Gura cunny posters so they do a lot of spam there. It's not necessarily better or worse, just different. After they made Doom 2016 the designers got kinda depressed that the top players and speed running community basically just tore through it like it was nothing so they wanted to make something that was more challenging in that direction for players, since that was kinda the direction they were trying to go for with the updates to Doom 2016. The thing is it's not really clear they succeeded in that in Doom Eternal, it seems they've been caught in the traditional trap of trying to appease both the top players and the other skill levels and satisfying neither.

I was going back and playing Doom 2016 and it's kind of incredible how much they changed. On paper you can say Doom Eternal still has most of the stuff that Doom 2016 had, but what's left from the last game is either really streamlined or heavily rebalanced. They took out a lot of the stuff in Doom 2016 that was kinda fun, like most of the exploration and interesting level design. All the level layouts in Doom Eternal have been simplified to give an arena combat feel, and the difficulty was jacked up by quite a bit.

It would look awkward (because watoson is not a natural sounding Japanese name), but you could theoretically comb through kanji and the different ways to read them and piece it together.
Kiara's family name, for instance, has the kanji for "small bird" but uses alternate readings. And the kanji in Ina's name only make sense as a name, writing her surname literally as "one" but reading it as "before two/ni no mae".

If people want to do something special for Ame I think a fangame would be nice. During the last members chat it sounded like Ame had ideas she wanted to do but never had the ability to implement. She also sounded really appreciative during her smol Ame playthrough.
The main issue is how hard it would be to coordinate. It's definitely not as simple as buying screentime.
