You've already done the "flyboy" reveal in the last fic, assuming that this would be a continuation and not a different but similar universe where Fubuki is married to a different but similar fly. I don't think the rehash would... well, 'fly', for lack of a better word, so I think simply leaning heavily into the smut aspect would work best. Since the original fic put huge emphasis on everyone around the couple being disgusted, I believe you can follow that tone by intentionally detailing the reproductive process, embellishing if need be - to a normal person, that will instill a sense of disgust - but paint it as loving sex, that is to say, both parties greatly enjoy it, loud and vigorous moaning and declarations of love being shouted, cuddling and aftertalk... This will serve to juxtapose the absurdity of the relationship with how well it works for both parties, similar to the previous fic.
