Many have already said this, she's just a better Vei and there is some truth on that, for an indie I'm pretty sure that she already made it, given her interactions, personality and follower base (size and growth) I assess her as a B tier chuba, meaning that she could be picked by big names easy (B and above any big brand name could pick them, small corpos range usually from C to B tier but could have Ds and rarely some As, D tier chubas are your usual 2 view indies, F tier... too many debuffs, may be better to quit), although at this point it doesn't looks like there would be much benefit from joining any big name from what she already have managed to get on her own.
There is one exception, In my opinion, she and Anny the fox are solid picks for VS, with solid meaning that they feel like they were born to be there because they just fit perfectly with the brand theme, they have too much affinity (personally, their style is not my thing but I can see people liking that kind of stuff), and given the amazing talent freedom present in VS there is a chance that blue orca could get some benefits from their partnership like handling of merch/management/promotion and other stuff, of course there would be the little issue between Shylily and Vei but I'm pretty sure they would get over their little feud like adults and they would be fine.

We've reached a point where high value viewers are either non existent or concentrated under a couple Vtubers at most leaving the other Vtubers either streaming to no one or clawing at other Vtubers to try and nab some of their viewers which unsurprisingly doesn't easily work on high value viewers so it's back to square one.

People like her and her viewers will bring vtubing to the worst ending possible stasis, no new good viewers with the only new viewers bring horny fucks that
