you can also buy a kettlebell (start small if you're out of shape, i mean really small, like 8 kg) and get a killer workout at home watching anime or listening to music.
another option is just to do yoga or HIIT or whatever, there's lots of forms of exercise you can do.
just pick one that you like and works for you, honestly that's the most important part, but i do think everyone should put a bit of resistance training into their reps, just because growing your muscles feels nice and gives you confidence.
