Everyone and their grandparents saw it coming but it didn't make it any less hype. The special guest that Mori had on her stream was the fantastic duo BOOGEY VOXX which is indeed a HoloEN first! Since they're ending as a group sometime next month, Mori made it her wish to have them sing the songs that they worked on together Crown and Graveyard Shift, fulfilling a dream everyone on the stage have had for such a long time. Have you ever worked at a company before? Part of a manager's responsibility is to review performance and ensure that their metrics are not out of wack. I brought up StarsEN as an example because EN management have spent the past half year bending over backwards to support and promote them for NEGATIVE return overall for the EN branch. They are putting in a disproportionate amount of effort for shitters who did nothing but cause unnecessary drama and get a fraction of their viewcount. Meanwhile, the girls get jack shit and have to jump through hoops to get even a simple retweet or get anything approved. Management's priorities are completely fucked up and no matter how much you try to blame the talent, managers are ultimately responsible for their performance and encouraging and ensuring that they perform well. The HoloEN of 2022 is not at all like the HoloEN of 2020-2021 and the cause of this is up for debate, Maybe the higher ups at Cover are content with how EN is doing right now and they are meeting their expected performance metrics, but I don't know how management can spin the drastic reduction in content and audience in 2022 positively. First you have to look at what makes Hololive successful.

EN has almost systematically eliminated all of these buffs they possibly could one by one, so thoroughly you'd think they did it all purposefully and deliberately planned it from day 1.
>"All girls" doesn't matter when you collab with males all the time, sing love song duets with them, and some plainly expressing that "unfortunately idol culture is a thing", when an "all males" idol group comes out. What's the point of them being all girls or all males if they're just going to interact as if there's no difference anyway? That just eliminates an appeal and removes one of their attractor points, like a sorority house filled with dudes, it makes no sense.
