Hakka just had his zatsudan in Spanish with around ~700 viewers and a decent amount of SC. Considering that he was never promoted to the Spanish speaking community as ES chuuba, and that zatsudans usually have CCV on the lower end (except for Vesper), I'd say that the audience is there for HoloES branch. If he was a girl, that number would probably have been around 3-8k. I don't usually watch Twitch, but when I check random streams on that platform, there are always a bunch of Spanish speaking streamers with 10-30k ccv playing MC or other games, so the question is whether HoloES would be able to attract some of those viewers. Also, I've seen plenty of holo clips with Spanish subs which shows that there's already at least some interest from the fans.
My rrat is that Yagoo is using Hakka as a test subject to measure the potential of LATAM/ES audiences, and whatever CCV he gets will be multiplied by 10 and set as expected CCV for HoloES, if there is ever one.

I mean, HoloJP is short for JaPanese instead of HoloNI (Hololive Nihongo).
